WHAT WE DO AND HOW WE DO IT

We support clients with job applications, life skills training, alcohol and drug abuse education, prevention programs and case management to people  including those  suffering with mental health, acquired brain injury, or learning disability.

ACCOMMODATION

Our accommodation is maintained to a very high standard and we have highly trained staffs who are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to meet your needs and requirements. One to one support will be provided as required by the clients personalised support plan. We are able to work with people who are wheelchair bound. The accommodation decor and furnishings have been skillfully chosen with the aid of an interior designer.

COST

Costs are agreed with the placing authority as part of the planning process. Clients are likely to have been allocated a Personal Budget and may be receiving Direct Payments and we can also help with this. We also are happy to take on privately funded clients.

All referrals will be fully assessed, with input from the client and professionals, to ensure that our Supported Living Accommodation placement is a pragmatic and effective solution for the client. 

All tenants are encouraged to personalize their rooms by gradually buying items which they will take if and when they move on.

Staffing

All staff have undergone comprehensive training to meet the varying demands of our client group. They are trained to deal with individuals with challenging behavior and complex needs. Other training include understanding People with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Illnesses. Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults is an integral part of our training and making safeguarding personal in a person-centred approach is of importance.  Throughout the year, staff attend a wide range of training:
