WHAT WE DO!

S&S Support Services is a supported living accommodation that provides support services intended as a cost-effective way to help people live more stable and productive lives independently. Our supported living accommodation is primarily targeted at adults at risk with Learning Disabilities and or Mental Health between the ages of 18-65 years old.. We are all aware that Supported Living Accommodation is widely believed to work especially well for those who face complex challenges—individuals and families confronted with serious, persistent issues such as learning disabilities, mental health illnesses or other serious challenges to a successful life. Our aim is to give individuals the opportunity to live as independently as possible with help from staff when needed.

Every effort is made to create a warm and homely environment in our accommodation. We strongly believe that supported housing, need not look and feel institutional.  Hence our accommodation is enchanting and unique. Our 24hr accommodation has staff on-site all day, with sleep in staff available during the night.

HOW WE DO IT!

Our clients make their own choices and lead their lives in the way they want to, whenever possible. All have a tenancy agreement and are given the same rights as anyone living in their own accommodation.

Placements are offered subject to referral and full assessment of the client’s needs. Clients and their Families are fully involved and will be invited to view our property for suitability prior to making a choice.

Our accommodation is maintained to a very high standard and we have highly trained staff who are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to meet your needs and requirements. One to one support will be provided as required by the clients personalised support plan. We are able to  work with  people who are also wheelchair bound. The decor and furnishings have been skillfully chosen with the aid of an interior designer.
